Mr Trikha was very informative which made me trust what he was saying. He was very patient as that instead of rushing into an operation on my knee he gave me time for my injury to heal, which has ended up resulting in me not having a operation. Whereas I would have felt that many other doctors would have just done the operation as soon as possible, and not allowed me the chance to recover normally.

I originally saw Mr Trikha 4 years as a result of an injury caused through a sporting accident. I was seen and attended to promptly and within days had completed Xrays and MRI to understand the extent of the injury. Although physio healed my knee originally, this year saw swelling increase, and upon seeing Mr Trikha again he quickly diagnosed the issue and got me to be seen by another MRI the following morning. Surgery quickly followed and on the same day my knee was feeling better than it had in months. I found Mr Trikha to be friendly and approachable doctor at the top of his game, and would not hesitate to recommend him to others

I was first referred to Mr Trikha on 17 September by my GP following hip and spinal surgery in past two years which had caused increasing discomfort in my left knee. I was able to see be seen within a few days and following an examination and X-Ray Mr Trikha arranged for both CT and MRI scans and these showed the need for a Total Replacement of my left Knee. in case of any post-op issues due to my age Mr Trikha recommended the Schoen Clinic for the operation due to their 24 hour support care; a wise move. The operation took place on 6 November and was a success and I was able to walk and climb stairs the next day. However, later the second evening I had some post- op difficulties that were very effectively dealt with by the trauma team and I left the clinic as expected on 9 October. I started physio immediately and saw Mr Trikha two weeks later by which time I was using a single crutch only when out shopping and after 5 weeks my physio discharged me. Earlier this week I saw Mr Trikha who said progress was excellent for 3 months and remarkable as it was 6 weeks to the day since the operation. Everything is working perfectly and I offer my sincere thanks to Paul Trikha for his care and expertise.

Following dislocation of both knees I required surgery on my right knee to repair a ruptured patellar tendon and retinacular rupture. Within minutes of being seen by Mr Trikha he had expedited appointments at his clinics and arranged short notice MRI scans ensuring I was able to have surgery 4 days after my first consultation. Nothing was too much trouble and both he and his secretary kept me updated on timing and logistics. At all times I was provided clear, concise information on the procedure, risks and recovery regime. I attended appointments at both the Runnymede Hospital in Chertsey and Nuffield Hospital in Woking with surgery taking place at the Nuffield. Both hospitals and their staff provided a very high standard of care and customer service. On the day of surgery Mr Trikha provided me an additional overview of the procedure, risks and recovery expectations and following surgery I was visited by Mr Trikha on Saturday morning for a review and to run through the requirements for physio. Detailed information and recommendations had been provided to the physio team by Mr Trikha. Two days after surgery I had negligible pain. Five days after surgery, under instruction from the physio, I can perform straight leg lifts to 45 degrees from horizontal and bend the knee well with no discomfort. I am able to bend my leg sufficiently to handle stairs easily, I can sit for long periods to work in a home office setting and have been able to travel and stand to attend sporting events to watch my daughter. Mr Trikha is a consummate professional. Great skill, extensive experience and an ability to communicate clearly. Since first meeting Mr Trikah I have felt totally confident that I have had and will continue to receive the very best advice and care. I would wholeheartedly recommend him.

I've seen Mr Trikha for two separate issues, about 3 years apart. Both issues required a few appointments, but neither resulted in surgery. The first occasion was more serious but Mr Trikha treated me with a knee brace (for several weeks) followed by physiotherapy and appropriate exercise. On the second occasion Mr Trikha advised that surgery would not make enough positive difference to be worthwhile. Having been a private patient (through insurance) on both occasions it would have been easy to recommend surgery, so I honestly believe Mr Trikha treated me in my best interests. Consequently I would be happy to recommend him to anyone with knee problems.
